One Line for Ten Draws

 

When our second-prize winner from the Feb. 8, 2011, Mega Millions® drawing went to her favorite store (Safeway, 1650 McCulloch, Lake Havasu City) to purchase her ticket, she had no idea how lucky that ticket was going to be. She simply purchased her usual one-line, ten-draw Mega Millions ticket with the Megaplier®, using the same numbers she’s used for years.

As was her usual procedure, she checked her numbers the morning after the draw.  Then she checked them again and decided that she’d better have her husband take a good look at them.  It took them a little longer to remember that they had also purchased the Megaplier; their $250,000 win jumped to $1,000,000.

The winners said the win will take the stress off of daily living and allow them to have a more secure future.  It will also allow them to spend more time with their grandchildren and partake in one of their favorite pastimes -- travel.
