PHOENIX (June 1, 2010) — A The Pick ticket purchased in Surprise for Saturday’s drawing matched all numbers for the $2.6 million jackpot.
The ticket was purchased at the Valero Corner Store at 14559 W. Grand Ave. The winning numbers were 5, 22, 26, 27, 39 and 43.
As of 3 p.m. Tuesday, the ticket had not yet been claimed.
“We are excited to have a new jackpot winner for The Pick,” said Jeff Hatch-Miller, executive director of the Arizona Lottery. “I encourage anyone who bought a Pick ticket for Saturday’s drawing to dig it out and check their numbers to see if they’re the state’s newest millionaire.”
Because Saturday’s jackpot was hit, Wednesday’s jackpot will return to $1 million.
Drawings for The Pick are broadcast Wednesday and Saturday during the 10 p.m. news on Channel 15 (ABC) in Phoenix, Channel 13 (CBS) in Tucson and in Spanish on Univision Arizona.
