We hear exciting stories and see smiling faces every day as we greet our winners and hand out checks! July was a great month for our players with more than $20,000,000 in prizes.

Crossword Scratchers from the Arizona Lottery are extremely popular and their players are extremely loyal.  A recent $100,000 winner on Crazy for Crossword, who requested that he remain anonymous, enjoys all of the various types of Crossword Scratchers.

Our winner, who has been playing Crossword games for about two years, hadn’t really had any big wins on it, but enjoyed the game.  Now he has an even bigger reason to enjoy it.

Only purchasing Scratchers tickets once a week, our winner’s pattern is that he usually buys ten tickets at a time.  He doesn’t always make his purchases from the same store, but always in the same area of town.  As happens with most winners, after he scratched the ticket and saw the $100,000 amount, he rechecked the ticket a few times.  Then, he had his wife check it, and they both kept looking at it trying to figure out what mistake they had made.  He checked the ticket late Friday, so that meant he and his wife had the entire weekend to worry about whether or not it was real. It was.

No final decisions have been made as to how the $100,000 is going to be used. Everyone in the family has a different opinion.  Our winner’s daughter wants him to add a swimming pool to their backyard, and his wife would like to make a down payment on a new house, but our winner will make the ultimate decision.
