Players “wrestle” with decisions on what to do with all that dinero!

PHOENIX (August 20, 2018) – Players and retailers are stepping into the ring and taking the latest lottery challenge…Lucha Libre Loot! This newest Scratchers® game is all about winning, with up to ten chancers to win and a top prize of $10,000 on every ticket. There are four different tickets, each with a beautiful rendering of a traditional Mexican “luchadore”: a man, a woman, a whimsical cat and a Chihuahua, all wearing their wrestling masks and costumes.

Some people may not even want to scratch their tickets, though, as each one is a work of art from our own artist-in-residence Emily Costello. Emily is the artist behind our beautiful Dia de los Muertos scratchers tickets, last year, and she is especially in-tune with the culture and the beauty of Arizona.

Players can purchase their Lucha Libre Loot tickets from any Arizona Lottery retailer. If they match any of their numbers to either of the winning numbers they win the prize shown for that number, and if they find a luchadore mask symbol their prize is doubled!

“This new Lucha Libre Loot Scratchers ticket is just the latest in a series of games the Arizona Lottery is developing to showcase the art and culture of our great state in ways that celebrate our heritage,” Executive Director of the Arizona Lottery Gregg Edgar said. “We are excited to bring these works of art to the people of Arizona while also helping to fund vital programs and services that would otherwise rely on taxpayer dollars.”
