The office is the first lottery location in the country to operate within a Walmart Supercenter
PHOENIX (June 2, 2020) – The Arizona Lottery makes retail history and makes it easier for players in northern Arizona to claim big cash prizes by opening a new customer service office inside the Walmart Supercenter in Kingman, the first jurisdiction in the country to open an office at the national retailer’s Supercenter stores. This is the Arizona Lottery’s fourth customer service office in the state, joining the Phoenix, Tucson, and Sky Harbor locations.
Players can redeem winning Arizona Lottery tickets worth up to $9,999 at the new Kingman location. This allows the Lottery to better serve players in Northern Arizona as winning tickets valued at more than $599 must be claimed either in-person at a lottery office or via mail-in form. The Kingman customer service office also sells the full complement of Arizona Lottery products including draw, Scratchers®, Fast Play™ and Instant Tab games.
“Opening a fourth customer service location in Arizona allows us to better connect with players across the state,” says Arizona Lottery Executive Director Gregg Edgar. “Our strong partnership with Walmart has allowed us to do what no other lottery in the country has, and their efforts to support our mission to do good in the community mean we can help even more Arizonans as we fund critical state programs for our beneficiaries.”
The Arizona Lottery’s Kingman customer service office is located at 3396 Stockton Hill Road, Kingman, AZ 86409, inside the Walmart Supercenter. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday from noon-5 p.m.
