On Thursday morning, January 19, Scientific Games (SG), our vendor partner who operates the Arizona Lottery’s gaming system, experienced an outage that is ongoing. As a result, all Arizona Lottery retailers are unable to sell games or redeem prizes. Arizona Lottery’s own customer service locations are also impacted.
SG is working closely with Arizona Lottery officials to resolve the situation and bring the system back online. Protecting the integrity of the Lottery’s games is paramount in this effort.
Currently, there is no estimated time that ticket sales and prize redemption will be resumed. Arizona Lottery drawings have resumed and results will be posted to the Arizona Lottery’s website as scheduled.
The Arizona Lottery is notifying players of this situation online, at customer service, and through social media.
